Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Project
Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives and enhance operational
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale HR initiatives, manage project timelines, and
ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to enhance processes
and manage payroll system updates
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR project stakeholders
and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
(Master's preferred)
5-7 years of experience in HR project management or related
roles
Expertise in HRIS platforms, especially Paycom
Proficiency in project management tools, including Monday.com
Strong skills in process improvement and data analysis
