Key Responsibilities
Document workflows and standard operating procedures for
operational consistency
Analyze and improve workflow efficiency
Lead innovative projects and collaborate with departments for
effective transitions to EPIC
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in revenue cycle management
Project-based operations leadership experience
Familiarity with EPIC or Cerner is a plus
Ability to analyze data and enhance operational performance
Experience in training and collaboration with staff
