Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Transactions Manager to
negotiate and manage legal agreements for solar and storage project
acquisitions and financing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiation and execution of MIPA, Site Lease, and PPA
agreements
Manage legal, financial, and due diligence workstreams for
transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal structures
with business objectives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of legal experience in the solar industry, preferably
commercial and industrial
Law degree (JD) required; experience in Big Law (1-3 years) is a
plus
Direct experience negotiating MIPA, Site Lease, and PPA
agreements
Strong understanding of solar project acquisitions and financing
structures
Experience working with outside counsel and cross-functional deal
teams
