Job Description:

A company is looking for a Campaigns Director to lead and manage non-partisan campaigns focused on network education and organizing in solidarity with communities under threat.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of non-partisan campaigns aligned with the organization's mission and values
Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall goals
Take initiative to identify improvement areas within programs and demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities


Required Qualifications

Experience organizing for racial, immigrant, and/or gender justice, or developing programming for allyship efforts
Proven ability to develop, manage, and evaluate effective campaigns engaging diverse communities
Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring small teams
Experience designing and implementing programs that support collaboration and leadership development
Experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within organizations or movements
