Key Responsibilities
Engineer, deploy, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and
reporting applications
Design technical solutions and participate in scrum ceremonies with
cross-functional teams
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and conduct code reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, Master's degree with
2+ years, or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related
field
Proficient in Python coding
Intermediate-to-advanced experience in Linux environments and
relational databases
Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including
version control and unit testing
Knowledge of next-generation sequencing technologies and standard
bioinformatics data formats
