Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Software Engineer to provide
technical support and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 3 technical support for Salesforce and web solutions,
resolving escalated issues
Analyze logs and debug code to determine root causes of customer
issues
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and
customer experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer technical support or as a
Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Atlassian products, including Jira and
Confluence
Familiarity with Git and the Software Development Life Cycle
Technically proficient with a strong aptitude for learning new
technologies
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote
environment
