Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Contracting & Compliance to
oversee compliance, contract management, and risk oversight
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts while ensuring
alignment with company policies
Monitor adherence to regulations and collaborate on compliance
programs and audits
Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting the organization's
operations and reputation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or
communications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Contract Management, Regulatory
Compliance, or related fields
Understanding of contract law and regulatory frameworks at various
levels
Paralegal certification is strongly preferred
Proven ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders
