A company is looking for a Director of Payment Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall payment processing operations in collaboration with
various departments and external partners
Optimize payment processing architecture to enhance customer
satisfaction and minimize refunds and chargebacks
Lead chargeback prevention efforts and maintain relationships with
key vendors while ensuring compliance with payment processing
standards
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in payments within a SaaS or
subscription-based e-commerce environment
Expertise in credit/debit card processing and familiarity with
alternative payment methods
Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe and Adyen
Deep understanding of payment settlement and reconciliation
processes
Bachelor's degree preferred
