A company is looking for a Senior Director, U.S. Sales Enablement to lead sales enablement strategies and initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute enablement strategies to drive adoption of the Sandler sales methodology
Lead and inspire the Enablement team, fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of sales enablement initiatives


Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in senior sales enablement or leadership roles within a SaaS or technology company
Proven expertise in sales methodologies such as Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, or MEDDPICC
Experience leading enablement initiatives for diverse sales organizations
Data-driven mindset with a track record of leveraging analytics for decision-making
Strong familiarity with sales tools and systems like Salesforce and Gong
