Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the development of FCRM frameworks, policies, and
standards
Provide strategic direction and governance on complex FCRM program
activities
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during audits
and examinations
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree
10+ years of experience in financial crime risk management or
related fields
Experience in managing diverse teams and complex functions
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
frameworks
