Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Manager - Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio
of commercial properties for a healthcare client
Negotiate business terms and conditions as both landlord/seller and
tenant/buyer agent
Track transaction activity, prepare reports, and maintain a real
estate project tracking system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate
transactions or related experience
Real Estate salesperson license required
Healthcare transactions experience is a plus, but not required
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills
