Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Sales
Producer/Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance
comparison and switching process
Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and
empathetic sales approach
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through
identification of gaps in coverage
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products; broker
or call center experience is a plus
Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products;
must have an active P&C or Personal Lines license
Experience talking with customers over the phone
Experience working in a similar call center environment
Technologically competent with the ability to navigate several
systems and relevant tools
