A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative to act as a liaison between patients and the healthcare system.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, assisting with appointment scheduling and information verification
Facilitate intake procedures, including healthcare and insurance form completion and payment collection
Ensure patient privacy and compliance with regulations while delivering optimal patient experiences


Required Qualifications

5 years of experience providing a high touch patient experience, preferably in a remote setting
2 years of experience with Zendesk
2 years of experience with Athenahealth EMR
2 years of experience using Google Workplace
Strong, reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
