We are currently seeking qualified individuals to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Cross River Therapy, an ACE provider, offers extensive onboarding training and follow-up clinical support from a robust team of BCBA clinicians.

RBTs implement one on one behavioral intervention programs to persons of all ages with autism and related disorders. All treatment programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Cross River Therapy provides free training and RBT certification assistance, no experience necessary!

What you will be doing as a Behavior Therapist:

Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential

Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting

Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 1 to 21 years old)

Implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data for each child

Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living Cross River Therapy's core values

Pay: $20-$25/ hour with experience and education

Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technicians

Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher

Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred)

Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Assistant
