Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Trust & Safety.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and develop
reports related to online safety issues
Research and analyze emerging threats to proactively identify and
address potential risks
Support quality assurance processes and drive operational
improvements through analytics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis for
UGC platform safety
Previous experience in Trust & Safety with expertise in online
safety challenges
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and
Tableau
Experience with statistical analysis and modeling
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks like COPPA and
GDPR is a plus
