Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Loan Officers in building relationships with realtors,
builders, and bank customers
Collect documentation for loan files and input data into the POS
system
Act as a liaison between realtors/builders and Loan Officers
regarding loan file statuses and closing dates
Required Qualifications
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Lotus
Notes
Ability to be flexible and meet the needs of others in the field or
processing center
Adaptability to rapid changes and ability to multi-task in a
deadline-driven environment
Experience working both independently and as part of a team
