The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and plant installations. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and manage job sites efficiently are a must. Landscaping/Hardscaping Foreman Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday- Friday Day Shift
• Pay Rate: $60,000- $90,000 per year
• Location: Allentown, PA 18106 Landscaping/Hardscaping Foreman Job Description:
  • Lead and supervise a crew on multiple projects
  • Accurately interpret designs and blueprints
  • Oversee hardscape elements like pavers, retaining walls, etc.
  • Inspect all work performed by crew
  • Manage inventory, work with designers
  • Train and mentor crew, enforce safety
  • Snow removal in winter Landscaping/Hardscaping Foreman Job Requirements:
    • Landscape-Hardscape Foreman experience required
    • Ability to use heavy equipment
    • Building decks, patios, outdoor kitchen experience
    • Carpentry or Masonry experience a plus
    • Supervisor experience
