Our client, a commercial manufacturer of precision commercial products, has an immediate need for an experienced Janitor/Custodian, to join our winning team in Philadelphia.

Our candidate of choice will perform a variety of routine procedures to maintain various plant locations in a clean and orderly condition while following prescribed safety rules and compliance with OSHA regulations.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Cleans all restrooms throughout the plant and stocks with necessary supplies - First priority
Cleans all vending areas, break rooms and reception areas - Second priority
Cleans and maintains perfect sanitary conditions in the First Aid Room
Removes all trash from containers in production areas to the compactor
Cleans stairways
Cleans front office, lab and administrative offices on a rotating basis
Performs grounds duties as directed
Keeps necessary records (i.e., daily checklist, etc.)
Maintains scheduled production volume
Detects and reports improper operation, faulty equipment, inferior quality, and other
Gives proper care to all equipment used
Keeps work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition
Follows prescribed safety rules and complies with OSHA regulations
Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
