Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator - Contact Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members
Complete telephonic intake screening questionnaires and audio/video
initial program assessments
Conduct cold calls to pursue member engagement and assist with
scheduling appointments
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of healthcare/clinical experience
Call agent experience is preferred
Basic understanding of EHR/EMR applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must live in the United States
