We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, providing customized support to children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to design effective interventions, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to foster positive outcomes.

The Role:

We're seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

--- Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.

--- Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.

--- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.

--- Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.

--- Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.

Qualifications:

--- BCBA certification in good standing.

--- Master's degree in ABA or a related discipline.

--- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
