Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, IT Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Technology Service Center team and ensure appropriate
staffing levels to meet service demands
Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures while
collaborating with other departments on infrastructure needs
Provide technical guidance, performance feedback, and coaching to
team members
Required Qualifications
Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science,
or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a related field
Previous leadership experience preferred
