Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dialer Operations Support
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Dialer Support and Dialer Operations teams, ensuring effective
monitoring of workforce management systems and dialer campaigns
Train and develop employees, manage performance, and address
operational issues within the teams
Design and maintain Workforce Management reporting tools and
processes to enhance productivity and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in workforce
management or five years of workforce management experience
Three years of experience with a Dialer platform and five years of
contact center experience
Proven experience with WFM tools and automated dialing software
Experience with Microsoft Office applications for data analysis
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage
cross-functional changes effectively
