Leading insurer seeks an experienced Underwriter to evaluate risks to produce Non-Healthcare Professional Liability insurance for Private Businesses; Small & Medium Enterprises; Manufacturing; Owner & Partner Risks; Business Managers; as well as lawyers, agents, accountants, personal grooming services, financial advisors, architects, engineers, and similar.

Duties:

*** Review applications, financial requirements, and determine acceptability of risk.

*** Analyze and utilize pricing models and rating methods.

*** Negotiate coverage terms and premiums.

*** Communicate coverage, services, and underwriting appetite to agents.

*** Mentor and assist Junior Underwriters.

Requirements:

*** 3+ years of Professional Liability, Errors & Omissions, or similar Underwriting experience.

*** Property Casualty or similar license.
