Job Description:
A company is looking for a Card Services Specialist to manage
vendor relationships and enhance payment processing
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with Card Vendors regarding pending payments and
educate them on best practices
Assist customers with credit card payment reporting and ensure
successful transactions
Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics preferred
but not required
Able to perform self-guided research using various internal
tools
Experience in customer service and team collaboration
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment
