Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Operations,
open to remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong
relationships and acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate on projects to improve efficiency and streamline
processes while analyzing data for operational improvements
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders,
prioritizing requests and tracking outcomes
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of client experience in the book publishing industry or a
related client-facing role
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client
relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A passion for books and the publishing industry
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
