Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the Flex/HRA team to meet client and corporate
commitments
Ensure achievement of team quality, production, and service
expectations
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to team
members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3-5 years of Flex/HRA experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Self-directed individual who works well with minimal
supervision
College Degree preferred
