Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze written complaints and inquiries from
borrowers
Research issues to identify root causes and execute resolution
plans
Compose detailed responses to borrowers summarizing investigation
outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work
experience preferred
Three (3) years of related work experience in a legal, customer
service environment, or residential mortgage services required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages
preferred
Must have professional writing experience in a corporate
setting
