Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manual Software Tester to support a
large IT Program at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist developers in evaluating software for veterans' affairs
Build test plans and generate data to execute test cases
Document test results and communicate defects to the development
team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, I.T., Electronics
Engineering, or related field with 1+ year of testing
experience
Experience with test methodologies, QA processes, and the software
release cycle
Knowledge of Operating Systems, networking, and software defect
tracking
Ability to apply test methodologies, including writing test plans
and test cases
Experience with JIRA and ability to obtain a U.S. Government
Security Clearance
