Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Solution Architect-Contact
Center Integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales managers and reseller partners to scope
Professional Services opportunities
Create Statements of Work (SOWs) based on customer requirements,
including cost estimates
Implement customized solutions and services utilizing company
products, APIs, and third-party software development tools
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of web application architecture and technologies
Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
Familiarity with Unified Communications, VOIP, and Contact Center
technologies
Experience in a Professional Services consulting, sales
engineering, or technical project management role
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry
certifications and experience
