Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Engineering &
Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
Build, mentor, and scale a Technical Support team while fostering a
collaborative culture
Lead the delivery of high-quality customer support and develop
scalable support processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
and improve product quality
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to attract, hire, and retain high-performing
Technical Support Engineers
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field;
advanced degree preferred
Experience in Technical Architecture, DevSecOps, and/or Kubernetes
highly preferred
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a results-driven attitude
Ability to move quickly and drive business value
