Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide
end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the named Specialist for Managed Payroll and support other
payroll, tax, and garnishment customers
Manage daily case responses to ensure service level agreements and
client satisfaction
Configure Workday pay components and troubleshoot audit reports for
year-end processes
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
3+ years of payroll experience with end-to-end processing and
troubleshooting
3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this level
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
