Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to manage
payroll tax compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate calculation, withholding, and remittance of payroll
taxes
Manage preparation and filing of payroll tax returns and reconcile
payroll tax liabilities
Investigate and resolve payroll tax issues and maintain accurate
payroll tax records for audits
Required Qualifications
Experience with payroll tax compliance and reporting
Familiarity with ADP Smart Compliance and Workday Payroll
Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and
regulations
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in audit support and issue resolution related to payroll
taxes
