Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner who will provide
ongoing troubleshooting and technical analysis for onboarding and
provisioning personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide troubleshooting and technical analysis for onboarding and
provisioning of ASP, T&D, Generation, and OE personnel while
ensuring compliance and access governance
Manage staffing, onboarding, and provisioning for a minimum of six
months to backfill two employees on leave
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Two or more years of experience in analysis or five or more years
in related functions requiring specialized training and
education
Experience with complex analysis involving large data sets
Previous onboarding and provisioning experience
Strong customer/client focus, including user experience
