Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Employee Relations support and coaching for employees and management
Assess team and manager development needs and implement solutions
Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and drive proactive solutions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles
Experience managing a high volume of employee relations cases
Strong judgment and experience in risk management
Experience in project management and change management
Ability to use data to drive insights and actions
