Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HR Analytics Analyst to
collect, analyze, report, and interpret data for HR business
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and collect business requirements using various
methods
Conduct research and analyze data to identify key themes and
trends
Run advanced and predictive analyses and prepare data and analytics
reports
Required Qualifications
6 years of direct experience in data analytics with SQL querying
expertise
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of experience in
lieu of a degree
Experience in human resources with a focus on HR analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for data storage and analytics
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity
tools
