Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Global Payroll Specialist to
join their Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Refine domestic payroll processes for effectiveness, efficiency,
and compliance
Process global payroll and respond to taxing authority notices
Develop educational materials regarding pay slips, deductions, and
payroll taxes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a payroll administration role
Strong Workday (HRIS) experience, particularly with the payroll
module
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot
tables, VLookups)
Proven experience processing domestic year-end W-2s
Deep understanding of handling confidential and sensitive
information
