Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging training materials, including manuals
and online courses
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for customers,
partners, and internal teams
Assess training needs and create customized training solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational
Development, or related fields
5-7 years of experience in instructional design and training
delivery, particularly in technical or SaaS environments
Strong understanding of adult learning best practices and
theories
Proficiency with learning tools such as Docebo, Articulate360, and
Camtasia
Ability to travel as needed
