*Job Summary*We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Medical Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.*Medical Lab Tech/Blood Bank Technologist**Schedule *Mon-Fri, 4p-12a + EOW, 1 hour lunch breaks*Pay -* $62-$70/hr based on experience*Travel - *$20/hr taxed + $2,000 Tax-free Stipend - $2,700 weekly gross*Qualifications:** 1 year of blood bank experience* AHA Basic Life Support Certification* Start as soon as credentialed*Medical Lab Tech Duties Include:** Perform blood typing, crossmatching, and antibody screening to ensure compatibility for blood transfusions.* Maintain and operate blood bank equipment, including centrifuges, refrigerators, and incubators, to ensure proper storage and handling of blood products.* Process blood donations and prepare blood components such as plasma, platelets, and red blood cells for patient use.* Conduct tests to detect infections or abnormalities in donated blood, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.* Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assist with patient care, providing timely and accurate blood bank results for transfusion decisions.#INDEEDTHJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $62.00 - $70.00 per hourSchedule:* Evening shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble
