*PER DIEM PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) HOME CARE POSITION AVAILABLE IN RIVERDALE & SURROUNDING ZIP CODES IN BRONX, NY**Outreach PT, OT, and SLP* is a well-established, highly reputed private practice that has been serving older adults in New York for over 20 years. We specialize in providing *in-home outpatient rehabilitation* to individuals who may not be able to attend an outpatient clinic or prefer to receive therapy at home.
