TACT STAFF is seeking a skilled RN to join our team! As an RN, you
will be responsible for the safety, comfort, and care of patient
before, during, and after surgery. The ideal candidate for this
role should possess excellent communication skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
--- Assesses and evaluates patient care needs and applies critical
thinking skills in patient care management.
--- Integrates relevant assessment and intervention skills in the
delivery of nursing care.
--- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team in the
development, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care
--- Communicates effectively and professionally with patients,
family and all members of the Interdisciplinary Patient Care
Team
--- Plan and develop care delivery and implementation of the plan
and coordinates the documentation of care.
Requirements:
--- NYS RN License
--- BLS required, Prior Acute setting experience required
--- EPIC Experience, Maternal and Child Experience IV Insertion,
Phlebotomy Skill, and Conscious Sedation
--- 2+ years experience minimum as an RN, 1+ year travel
experience
