Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Partner
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive partner enablement strategy
that aligns with growth objectives
Design and deliver enablement programs, including training sessions
and certifications, to enhance partner capabilities
Monitor partner performance metrics and optimize enablement
initiatives based on data analysis
Required Qualifications:
7 - 10 years of leadership experience in Learning, customer
success, or sales functions
Proven track record of driving organizational growth through people
enablement
Deep understanding of enterprise software technology sales and
consumption models
Ability to inspire and motivate teams in a high-growth
environment
Technical knowledge to understand curriculum and support team
coaching
