portfolios
Create and implement communication strategies across various

Design integrated fundraising and marketing plans to support
organizational goals and visibility
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree
preferred
Proven success in closing significant gifts from various donor
types
Experience in developing integrated strategies for fundraising and
marketing
Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to partner with
executives and boards
Expertise in CRM tools, digital campaigns, and data-informed
decision-making
