Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage customer bug tickets and support tasks,
ensuring timely updates and communication
Provide solutions and define next steps for clients regarding their
tickets
Collaborate with teams to improve processes and maintain knowledge
bases
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of products, features, and the dental
industry
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Knowledge of payments and insurance is a plus
