Job Description:
A company is looking for a GCM Unit Manager I.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with clients to ensure quality service and
identify new business opportunities
Coach and mentor Relationship Managers and staff, ensuring
compliance with policies and procedures
Lead process improvements to enhance service, profitability, and
regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' related experience, or
6 years' combined higher education and/or work experience with 2
years' related experience
Minimum of 1 year of work leadership and/or supervisory
experience
Strong customer service skills
Resource management skills
Strong decision-making skills
