Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Team Manager to
supervise a team of contracts professionals and oversee contract
operations for various programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of contracts professionals, ensuring
compliance with company policies and regulations
Manage complex contracts and cultivate strong customer
relationships while identifying risks and preparing mitigation
strategies
Conduct proposal reviews and collaborate with other program
functional teams to enhance contract performance
Required Qualifications
BA degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's
degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience in a contract leadership role
Strong knowledge of contract regulations and negotiation
techniques
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Ability to identify and mitigate contract risks effectively
