A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager, Digital Customer Success.



Key Responsibilities

Establish a vision and develop a roadmap for digital success initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention rates
Lead the strategy and design of digital-first programs using customer journey mapping and data analysis
Measure and report on program performance and business impact to inform future innovations


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Operations, or related fields
Experience executing programs on a global scale
Proven ability to lead change in a cross-functional business environment
Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with Totango or other Customer Success tools preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands
