Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hardware Engineering Manager to drive
efficiency and innovation in engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot hardware and
system designs
Mentor and develop engineers, fostering their professional
growth
Develop and implement processes to enhance engineering efficiency
and streamline workflows
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
2+ years of management experience in Hardware Engineering or
related fields
10+ years of experience in hardware engineering with a focus on
troubleshooting and system design
Proficiency in hardware design principles and familiarity with CAD
software and simulation tools
Experience with Kaizen and continuous process improvement
methodologies
