Key Responsibilities

planning to closure
Optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to enhance candidate
experience and outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute recruiting
strategies and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, particularly in Talent
Acquisition
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and strategies
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Experience in change management and process improvement
initiatives
