We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our exceptional staff at our Doubletree Hotel of Tinton Falls. This is a full-service hotel and banquet facility property.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To oversee hiring, training, scheduling, employee issues, and termination, including development and motivation of personnel skills.
To exemplify Hotel policies and procedures.
To remain competitive in every area and to produce and achieve budgetary goals.
To maintain a high employee morale.

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of recent experience as an Assistant General Manager within a full-service property with a proven track record for achieving excellent customer service.
Must possess operational knowledge of all phases of the hotel industry
A well-organized, highly motivated individual with a take-charge attitude, excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail is vital to this position.
Must set an example for all employees at all times relating to guest service and professionalism.
Excellent communicator, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Flexible hours required.
Basic computer skills with knowledge in Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be able to work independently as well as follow given instructions.
