Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager I to service and
renew group memberships while increasing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a health care consultant to members, facilitating plan
renewals and identifying retention risks
Respond to member inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure
resolution through follow-up
Sell alternative products to renewing members and maintain accurate
records of member interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Two years of public contact experience in a professional
environment
Current state insurance licensure required or ability to obtain
within three months of employment
Licensure must be maintained as a condition of continued
employment
